Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package at any authorized courier drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed within 5-7 business days.
